Consular document certification or document legalization
Consular document certification is the certification of the accuracy of documents we intend to use abroad. These documents are documents that we must submit to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to be used as documents to be submitted to the destination country, whether for use in traveling for work, further study, marriage, or for other purposes. Document certification is for the Ministry to verify the accuracy of the documents to meet government criteria. Documents that must undergo consular certification are government documents and documents stamped with the Garuda emblem.
